Position: Way to Work Program Director
Full-time, Elizabethtown. The Way to Work program is managed by our partners at Goodwill Industries of Kentucky, who will oversee the application and hiring process.
The Program Manager is responsible for the overall management of the administrative functions of the Way to Work program. This includes ensuring compliance with Cincinnati Works model standards and contractual agreement, scope of work defined by the agency, regulatory requirements, program development, financial management, accreditation standards, hiring, supervising, evaluating, delivery of service, quality, and developing program policies.
